Arch and Godfrey completed Ansbacher House in 1991. The project took a total of twelve months to complete. It is a 30,000 square foot building spread out over three storeys. The building was designed specifically to the requirements of Ansbacher/ CITCO and was built with growth in mind. It is now solely occupied by Ansbacher (Cayman) Ltd.- a local trust company. The Ansbacher House building is located in the George Town business district of Grand Cayman. 20 Genesis Close
