Arch and Godfrey completed Sunshine Suites Resort in 2000. The project took a total of 8 months to complete. It is a new, Four Star rated, all-suite hotel. It is located on West Bay Road within 1000 ft of one of the preferred stretches of Seven Mile Beach, and it is adjacent to the award winning golf course: The Links at Safehaven. Sunshine Suites has a total of 132 units including studio suites, deluxe suites, and one-bedroom suites. Every suite has its own fully equipped kitchen. There is a fresh water pool centrally located on the grounds, and for the business traveler, there is an executive boardroom that seats 12 as well as a business centre in the lobby. 1112 West Bay Road |
